Green Tea Improves Skin Texture
Green tea contains high amount of anti-oxidants, enzymes, amino acids and fitochemicals such as polyphenols. Also contains vitamins of Group B, folate, manganese, potassium, magnesium, and caffeine.
Besides the health benefits, green tea has a number of good things when it comes to skin and body. Green tea will help with the rejuvenation of the skin, and can be used to treat wounds and skin diseases. Cut out two bags of green tea and put the contents in the container. Mix it with 1-2 tablespoons of honey and a little lemon juice. Apply on your face and leave to act 5-10 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water. Use the mask once or twice a week.
Put two bags of green tea in the fridge for 30 minutes. Put cold tea bags on your closed eyelids. Sit down and relax for 15 minutes. Use this method two times a day – until you are satisfied with the results.
Mix the 1/4 cups of green tea and water. Take a cotton pad, soak in a mixture of tea and water and place on the affected area. Rinse with cold water. Repeat the procedure at least twice a day.
